Toledo Epoxy Flooring operates this website as a referral and matching service. We connect businesses seeking commercial floor coating work with independent contractors. We are not the installing contractor and we do not perform flooring work ourselves.
No contractor relationship
Any contract for flooring work is formed directly between you and the contractor you choose to hire. That contractor is solely responsible for the scope, quality, timing, pricing, licensing, insurance, safety and warranty of the work performed. We are not a party to that contract and do not guarantee any contractor's work.
Information is general
The guides and descriptions on this site are general information about commercial flooring systems. They are not a specification, an engineering opinion or professional advice for your particular building. Floor systems must be specified for the actual conditions on site, which requires an in-person assessment and testing.
Estimates and pricing
Any pricing discussion on this site is illustrative only. Actual pricing comes from the contractor after a site visit and is subject to their own terms.
