About Toledo Epoxy Flooring

What we are

Toledo Epoxy Flooring is a local lead and matching service for commercial floor coating work in Toledo, Lucas County and the surrounding metro. When you send project details, we route them to an independent commercial flooring contractor in our network who handles that building type and exposure, and they contact you directly to arrange a site visit.

We are not the installing contractor. We do not perform the work, and we do not warranty it. The contractor you hire does both, under a contract directly between you and them.

There is never a charge to you for using this service.

Why the matching matters

Commercial flooring is not one trade. The crew that does a beautiful metallic showroom floor is often not the crew you want placing a quarter inch of urethane mortar in a brewery, and neither of them is necessarily set up to phase 60,000 square feet of warehouse around a running operation.

Sending a brewery floor to a decorative specialist wastes everyone's time. Most of the value in a referral is simply pointing the project at someone who does that work every week.

What we ask contractors about

• Whether they carry current general liability and workers' compensation coverage
• What prep equipment they own and operate, rather than subcontract
• Which manufacturers' systems they are trained and approved to install
• Whether they test for moisture before specifying, and what they do when readings are high
• Their experience in your specific building type

You should still do your own diligence before signing anything. Ask for certificates of insurance, ask for references in a similar building, and read what the warranty actually covers. A referral is a starting point, not a substitute for your own judgement.

Coverage

Toledo and Lucas County are the core service area, extending across the river into Wood County communities including Perrysburg, Rossford and Northwood. Larger commercial projects elsewhere in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan can often be served as well.

Commercial only

We do not handle residential garage floors. The specification, scheduling and pricing of commercial work is different enough that mixing the two serves neither well.
